Just finished a film and needed a snifter before bed. Raided the drinks cupboard (which is fucking bare), and made myself this.
2 parts gin
1 part tequila
1 part triple sec
splash of orange
splash of soda
Pleasantly crisp, dry, sour and sippable, Not sure I need a second one, though. Need to find some ice, too.

There is a little speakeasy type place in Hoxton called happiness forgets. Sat at the bar once and watched the bloke make some drinks. Strangely calming….or that may have been the gin.
